Jennifer regularly appears with success in cases in the Sheriff Court all over Scotland in regards to all family matters, representing both adults and children.

Jennifer trained with the firm and qualified as a solicitor and Notary Public in 2016. Jennifer studied at University of Strathclyde, having also completed her Diploma in Legal Practice at University of Strathclyde. During her years of study she was a volunteer advisor at Citizens Advice Bureau gaining experience in a wide range of matters.
With almost 10 years experience practicing law Jennifer’s specialism lies in Family and Child Law. She has a particular interest in children’s hearings and regularly appears across Scotland representing both parents and children.
Jennifer is known for her ability to have a logical approach to legal problems whilst navigating clients to the best outcome suited to them. Jennifer strives to bring cases to resolution in a timely manner and in a cost efficient way. Jennifer comfortably deals with complex and contentious issues in a wide variety of Family Law cases in particular financial provision upon divorce cases. Jennifer is able to instruct counsel in cases that are particularly complex or of high value.
Jennifer is a mentor to junior members of the firm and is a member of the Glasgow Bar Association, Family Law Association and Scottish Young Lawyers Association.
