Guide advertises more than three times the number of homes for sale in its neatest competitor, making it
essential reading for buyers.
Advertising for your home on GSPC.co.uk and ESPC.com the two most popular property web
sites in Scotland. Between them, these two sites attract more than 30,000 visitors a day.
Registration for your home on the GSPC property search service. As many as 4,000 buyers trust the
service to help them find the perfect home and details of your home will sent to every buyer looking
for a home in your area and price range.
A Display of your home in our offices and potentially in the offices of other GSPC member firms in your
area (space permitting) and in the GSPC city centre showroom. Placing of for sale boards and/or posters advertising your home for sale.
