Reaching a financial settlement is always a major concern to anybody contemplating divorce proceedings. We have vast experience in negotiating satisfactory financial settlements for our clients. Our main concern is to ensure robust negotiations are carried out, and proceedings are not unduly long.

Most cases are settled by negotiations between the couples and their lawyer. Court proceedings however can be instituted if use can be made of the court procedure. Only a very few cases are actually resolved by a full hearing in court.
